Usage info
The slackbot.skills.create API method creates a skill from markdown instructions, or turns an existing canvas the caller owns into a skill. One, and only one, of instructions and canvas_id is required.
The created skill is added to the caller's own Slackbot library when possible, and isn't turned on for anyone else. To share the skill, share its canvas. Org admins can also publish it to the organization's catalog and turn it on for others with the admin.slackbot.skills.publish and admin.slackbot.skills.setAutoEnabled API methods.
This method is not an upsert. Save the returned skill.id and pass it to the slackbot.skills.update API method for later changes, for example when deploying a skill from CI.
The example_prompt argument can contain {skill}, which Slackbot replaces with a mention of the skill.
