Usage info

The managed_apps:install scope isn't available for developers to request. You may still see it in the admin dashboard.

This scope is reserved for Slack partners that use the Add to Slack feature to create Slack apps on behalf of their users.

Apps with this scope are known as manager apps. The apps they create are known as managed apps. The managed_apps:install scope lets a manager app request the installation of managed apps for a user automatically, without that user going through the OAuth flow for each one. Install attempts do not bypass your admin approved apps settings.
